Containers with different production numbers should be mixed together to prevent differences in colour. Avoid applying the product in direct sunlight or fog or after dewfall as this will turn the coating matte and cause stains. The wood protector must also be applied evenly in the direction of the grain. The product is only intended for use on vertical surfaces.

Can be used on new and previously painted wood, including pressure impregnated wood.
The surface must be clean and dry. Any algae on the wood should be treated with Cleaner. Remove any old, loose paint and wood fibres by brushing with a steel brush. Smooth surfaces are sanded matte. Absorbent wood, both new and old, should be primed prior to treatment. Must be treated again within 14 days. The wood protector is ready to use and does not normally have to be diluted. New wood should be treated twice, while the end grain should ideally be treated 3-4 times. With colour change, especially from dark to light, minimum two coats must be applied.
