The chimney supplier’s instructions must always be followed when installing around insulated chimneys. It is important to have clarification from the chimney manufacturer and chimney sweep with regard to the seal around the chimney as there may be a risk of fire.

Used to ensure airtightness around ventilation pipes, etc. where it is necessary to pass pipes through vapour barrier film, for example. The sleeve offers high heat resistance and can therefore be installed around insulated steel chimneys on prior agreement with a chimney sweep.
The pipe sleeve is made up of EPDM rubber to which Eurasol/Eurasol P. tape or Würth adhesive foil is applied. Installation instructions included in the pack. When used in connection with Spirotubes, additional sealing around pipe bends may be necessary. There must always be a firm base surface of min. 15 mm plywood, formwork or similar
