ASW-1400 metal-free assembly paste is based on finely ground non-metallic particles and medical-grade oil.
- Contains no metal pigments such as copper, aluminium, nickel, lead, zinc, etc.
- Reduces wear, resulting in lower replacement costs.
- Facilitates repair work even after exposure to very high temperatures.
- Developed to resist seizure under high pressure and to protect against rust, corrosion and galling.
- Material-neutral when working with high-alloy steels and other metal materials.
- Free from sulphur-containing additives and halogens and suitable for use in aggressive environments.
- NSF-H1 approved and therefore also suitable for use in the food industry.
